Emily is a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of experience in personal training and fitness instructing. She gave yoga a try after feeling exhausted from the gym and quickly discovered that it offered so much more than just physical exercise. Yoga became a way for her to support her mind, body, and soul and has since become an integral part of her daily routine.

Emily offers customized yoga sessions in both 1 on 1 and group settings. She takes the practice of yoga and tailors it to your specific needs and goals. There is space for every body on the mat. Let’s flow!

  • Private one on one sessions to learn the practice of yoga or deepen skills
  • Small group sessions for an event, e.g bachelorette, retreat, family vacation
  • Large group sessions e.g workplace wellness event, community event
  • In person: at QÔL Integrative Health, your home, workspace or in the great outdoors
